The Lancet medical journal said that regulations on health and safety measures tattooed skin tend to focus on short-term risks such as infection, but it does not extend to long-term risks associated with that man lives quantities of ink down the skin.
Andreas Loach large supervisors of this study said , "almost everyone has a tattoo these days on the skin with no one talking about the side effects of these sediment from the bottom of skin ink."
He added, "There is no evidence that the components of the ink is safe after being injected into the body."
The report said that from 1 to 5% of those who undergo the process of tattoo skin suffering from a bacterial infection may appear on some of the effects of the sensitivity of the ink.
Watch explained that such short-term effects but it is difficult to measure the effects of the ink in the long run because the tattoo inks are classified in most countries as of cosmetics.
He added that because of these inks are classified as cosmetics can not be tested for toxicity in the long term and pointed out that it should be dealt with in this category as a producer of inks is quite different.
And he explained that the layers of the skin to prevent the penetration of cosmetic powders in the body but the tattoo injected into living tissue that contains the nerves and blood cells of the immune system vessels.
He also added that the examination of the bodies of those who died under the tattoos on their skin for decades demonstrated that 90 percent of the ink has disappeared from the skin, pointing to difficult to answer questions about what happened to these inks.
